  2. Blitz the frozen milk cubes in a strong blender or food processor in short pulses until it turns into fluffy snow. Don't over-blend into a smoothie.
  3. Work fast: pile the milk snow high in chilled bowls.
  4. Drizzle generously with condensed milk — this is not the moment for restraint.
  5. Top with red bean paste, fruit and mochi bits.
  6. Serve with two spoons and an agreement about who gets the last strawberry. It melts fast — eat faster.
