🛒 Ingredients
- seasoned sushi rice
- 3–5 kinds of sashimi-grade fish
- wasabi + soy sauce
- pickled ginger
- optional: tamago, ikura, sea urchin
👩🍳 Method
- Be your own chef: plan the order — start light (white fish), build to rich (tuna, salmon, uni).
- Press small ovals of warm rice; brush each with a little soy.
- Lay one slice of fish over each piece; add a dab of wasabi.
- Serve just one or two pieces at a time, freshest first — that's the omakase way.
- Finish with tamago or a hand roll, and a cup of green tea.
