- 2 cups rice cakes (tteok)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp soy
- 2 spring onions
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Soak hard rice cakes in warm water 10 min.
- Simmer water + gochujang + gochugaru + sugar + soy.
- Add rice cakes, simmer 6โ8 min until the sauce is thick & glossy.
- Toss in sliced spring onion. Eat straight from the pan.
